Winterization and Repair in Ham Lake

The homeowner requested assistance with their sprinkler system. It had not been run all year, and they were unsure if it had been winterized in the past.  It was a Hunter system, and we determined it had a broken Wilkins pressure vacuum breaker (PVB).

Project included:

  • Winterization of the sprinkler system
  • Inspected and replaced damaged parts

Lawn and Irrigation Renovation in Spring Lake Park

Our landscape company was working on an acreage landscape renovation, between two homes. The original irrigation system had to have parts moved. This house and the house next door needed a three-man crew to expedite.

This job included:

  • Marked sprinkler heads for aeration
  • Applied 3, 25 pound bags grass seed
  • Weeding of rock mulch beds
  • Replaced and reprogrammed controller on sprinkler system
  • Adjusted sprinklers

Sprinkler Consultation and Installation in Brooklyn Park

The homeowner wanted a design and quote on landscaping and a sprinkler system, as they were closing on a new home in the fall.  The client provided a lot survey and landscape requirements, which included:

  • Landscaping with a two foot parameter around the whole yard
  • Shrubbery all around, especially in the front part of the house
  • Rock instead of mulch
  • Grass near the end of the driveway as required by the city
  • Inquiry about dormant sod installations in November.

This job as completed included a sprinkler renovation, landscaping around patios, planting of shrub roses, edging, and river rock.
